Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable scramble

1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup potato, sweet
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Vegetable scramble

  1. Cook vegetables before hand - I prefer roasting

  2. brown onion

  3. add in cooked vegetables.

  4. beat 2 eggs and add to vegi's, add spice to taste.
