Good with egg whites or lentils. A bit spicy depending on the peppers used.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable saute

8 oz Mushrooms
8 oz Onion
5 oz Pepper, Banana
11 oz zuchinni
28 g olive oil
1 T Chicken Base

Recipe Directions for Vegetable saute

Heat the oil in a large skillet. I usually add some pepper flakes or curry.... chilli powder. Just a bit to flavor the oil. Dont let it burn! Chop the vegetables so they are similar in size. Add them to the oil add just a couple T of water and cover. Cook over medium low heat until they start to brown (5 or 10 minutes). Uncover, stir and turn the heat up to medium or medium high to get them browning. Use water if they start sticking. I keep a squirt bottle at hand as it doesnt take much. Cook to desired softness. Season with the soup base,
