Assorted vegetables sauteed & seasoned with chili seasonings. Goes well over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable saute

3 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
10 oz chopped zucchini
4 oz shredded red cabbage
1/2 cups lima beans
1 cup peas
1 cup corn
1 cup garbanzo beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetable saute

Saute in olive oil, staring with the firmest ingredients. Add tomatoes and beans and seasonings last. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
