Vegetable Saute Recipe

An easy, filling side dish. Leftovers are great in scrambled eggs. This is my favorite mix of vegetables, but you can add anything. The Oyster Sauce again, is a taste I enjoy, but I've also experimented with different spices.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Saute

1 onion
1 cup bean sprouts
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 cup mushrooms
2 T oyster sauce
2 cups shredded cabbage

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Saute

  1. Slice all vegetables. (I like matchstick size.)

  2. Spray pan.

  3. Add onions & saute a few minutes.

  4. Add the rest of the vegetables.

  5. Add the oyster sauce & mix in well.

  6. Continue sauteing until desired tenderness is reached.
