Wonderful salad with crisp veggies, and a sweet dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable salad

2 cup broccoli florets
2 cup cauliflower florets
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup cherry tomatoe, halved
1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Vegetable salad

  1. In large bowl, combine fresh vegatables, and raisins.

  2. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hrs or overnite.
