Light, refreshing mixed vegetable salad

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Salad

8 radishes
1 cucumber
1 1/2 yellow squash
1 1/2 avocado
3 roma tomatoes
3 tsp garlic powder
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Salad

  1. Roughly chop all ingredients, leaving peel on.

  2. Mix together in large dish.

  3. Add lots of pepper and garlic powder.

  4. Allow to sit for an hour for flavors to blend.
