0.25 cup Rice Noodles, Cooked
0.25 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
0.25 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
0.5 oz Carrots
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Roll

  1. Mix vegetables together

  2. Prepare rice wrapper by soaking in warm water. Spread rice wrapper on surface.

  3. Add vegy mixture to wrapper.

  4. Top with rice noodles.

  5. Roll rice wrapper halfway,fold ends in, roll remainder of way
