Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable and rice soup

2 cups summer squash
2 cups tomatoes
2 cups corn
2 cups carrots
2 cups green beans
1 cup onions
1 tablespoon garlic
13 cups fat free chicken broth
4 cups cooked rice
1 cup chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Vegetable and rice soup

Mix all ingredients together in a large stock pot and simmer until veggies are tender. Season to taste with salt, peper, and hot sauce.
