Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Ragout

2 cup Arugula
1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving Vegetable Broth
1 Can Chick Peas
0.5 cup Shelled Edamame
1 serving Garlic Cloves

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Ragout

Simmer the broth, then add rest of ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes. Top w/ 1tbsp parmesan cheese if desired.
