Low calorie crustless veggie quiche

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Quiche

1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup frozen spinach
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup mushrooms
2 2/3 cups diced potatoes

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Quiche

  1. saute' vegetables.

  2. Add cheese on top of potatoes.

  3. Mix eggs, milk, and marjoram.

  4. Pour over potatoes.

  5. Bake at 425 degrees for about 40 min or when knife comes out clean.
