Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable quiche cups

10 oz Spinach
1.25 cup Food You Feel Good About Egg Busters
3 serving 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
0.25 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
0.25 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Vegetable quiche cups

  1. Microwave spinach for 2 1/2 mins, drain excess liquid

  2. Line 12 cup muffin pan with foil baking cups, spray with cooking spray.

  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  4. Divide evenly among cups.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins.
