Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable & Pulse Soup

2 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) Pork, Cured, Canadian-style Bacon, Unheated
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup, sliced Fennel, Bulb
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 cups Baby Spinach
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
100 grams Parsnips
1 oz Peppers
10 sprigs Parsley
1 cup Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
120 grams Lentils, canned (Annalisa)
2 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
1 serving Chilli Kelp Seasoning
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable & Pulse Soup

  1. Brown bacon, onion and garlic in the olive oil.

  2. Chop all vegetables and herbs finely.

  3. Add all ingredients to the bacon, onion and garlic and simmer until the vegetables are tender and a rich broth is obtained.
