Rice with mixed vegetables and spices

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable pulao

3 serving Sona Masoori Rice
1.5 cup Vegetables, Mixed
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
30 pieces Halves and Pieces Cashews
0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 tsp, ground Cardamom
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 small Onions
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable pulao

Heat oil, add spices. once they smell gragrant add the onions and fry till light brown. then add the bell pepper and nixed vegetables and fry. Add the washed rice and salt and fry till everything is mixed and all the water is gone. Transfer the mix into a rice cooker and add water. Add more salt is needed and cook till done.
