Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable pork soup

16 oz. V8 vegetable juice, low sodium
16 oz. pork, lean
1 1/2 cup carrots
3/4 cup onion
3 cups broccoli
2 cups cauliflower
3/4 cup celery
2 cup cabbage
2 cup tomato

Recipe Directions for Vegetable pork soup

  1. brown bite size pieces of pork

  2. add water or broth and simmer until done

  3. add onions, carrots, and celery and cook until slightly soft

  4. add rest of vegetables and simmer unil done
