Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Pork Soup

128 oz. water
32 oz. stewed tomatoes
2 stalks celery
16 oz carrots
8 chicken boullion cubes
16 oz pork
8 oz collard greens
1 large onion
16 oz. yam
2 medium potatos
16 oz. split peas

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Pork Soup

  1. Cook onions and celery and garlic in non-stick pan

  2. Meanwhile boil water and add boullion cubes or powder

  3. Add subsequent broth to onions, celery and garlic

  4. Add meat and seasoning

  5. Add vegetables that take the longest to cook, then the next longest, etc.

  6. Simmer till all is tender
