Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable and Pork Chilli

725 grams Pork, Fresh, Shoulder, Whole
1.3 large Onions
10 grams Chili Powder
8 grams Ground Cumin
180 grams Peppers
180 grams Peppers
1.8 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3 cloves, raw Garlic
15 oz Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
45 oz Tomatoes Diced No Salt Added
28 oz Tomato Puree
5 tbsp Chipotles
27 chips Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
1 serving Beer

Recipe Directions for Vegetable and Pork Chilli

Season pressure cooker, cook onions until soft, add chopped pork, add vegetables, spices, canned ingredients, beer and corn chips. Mix well. Bring to boil and seal pressure cooker. Cook for 15 mins and remove from heat. Let the pressure reduce over about 10 mins then remove lid safely. Enjoy!
