Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable pizza

2 1/2 c flour
1 t salt
2 T olive oil
2 T sugar
2 t yeast
1/2 c tomato sauce
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
5 mushrooms
1 onion
200 g mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetable pizza

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Let rise 30 minutes. Squash into pizza pan with oiled fingers.

  2. Put on sauce, toppings, and cheese.

  3. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes.
