50 g Italian bread
2 tbs tomato sauce
1 tomato
60 g pepper
60 g mushrooms
60 g sweetcorn
1 pinch dried basil
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch Italian seasoning
15 g mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetable pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees C.

  2. Place pizza bread (base) on a non-stick baking tray.

  3. Spread over the tomato sauce and top with the vegetables, herbs and cheese.

  4. Bake until ready.
