Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Pasta

1 cup Rotini
1 cup Penne Rigate
1 serving Sauteed Onion and Garlic Robusto
42 1/2 grams Shredded Carrots
62 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 small (2-3/4") Apples
59 1/2 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.3 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Pasta

  1. boil pasta and pour olive oil

  2. put canola oil on bottom of pot add Indian spices and vegetables and apple and tomato sauce and let cook until done

  3. stir in pasta
