Quick and easy for mums on the run

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable pasta

1 cup Pasta Fusilli
1 serving tinned tomato
1 oz Peppers
1 large raw Zucchini
1 small Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 oz Jalapeno Peppers
1 tbsp Tomato Products
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Vegetable pasta

  1. put pasta on to boil

  2. heat up oil in a large pan

  3. add finely chopped carrots, zucchini, onions, peppers and jalapenos.

  4. turn down heat and allow veggies to soften a little

  5. add garlic and tomato paste, stir in well.

  6. Add tinned tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

  7. simmer until vegetables are soft but not squishy.

  8. serve with pasta
