Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Pasta Bake

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 cup whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
1/2 cup marinara sauce
2 tablespoon chopped basil
2 tablespoon cheese, low fat, shredded

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Pasta Bake

  1. Saute onion, mushrooms, peppers and garlic for 8 min.

  2. Combine with pasta, marinara and chopped basil. Top

  3. with shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
