Slow stewed vegetables with a subtle paprika flavour. Great to make when you have un unused fozen vegetables in the freezer.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Paprika soup

1 litre Vegetable broth
200 grams frozen vegetables
1/2 head of cabbage
1 cup celery
1 tspn paprika
4 brussel sprouts

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Paprika soup

  1. Boil Vegetable broth

  2. Chop all vegetables and add to stock

  3. Bring back to boil

  4. Add a tspn of paprika

  5. Lower heat and simmer for an hour

  6. Let cool before storing in the fridge
