1/2 cup mixed vegetables, frozen, cooked, boiled, drained
1/2 oz cheddar cheese

  1. chop up and cook vegetables first

  2. mix eggs and milk

  3. cook eggs until almost done

  4. add cheese and cooked vegetables

  5. salt and peeper to taste
