Vegetable omellette with rose' sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Omelette

6 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 celery stalk
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
2 cup Hash Browns
2 tbsp archer farms rose cream sauce

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Omelette

Saute vegetables and cook potates. Clean pan and heat on med. high heat. Mix 3 eggs and 1/2 of milk, slowly pour into very hot non-stick pan. As egg gets complete, lift edges so the uncooked egg can reach the pan. Place 1/2 of veggie mixture on 1/2 of omellette and fold the egg over top of the veggie mix. Top with rose sauce.
