Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Omelet

3 eggs
1/3 cup tomatoes
1/3 cup mushrooms
1/3 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Omelet

  1. Beat three eggs in small bowl

  2. Chop mushrooms, onions and tomatoes into small pieces.

  3. Heat pan to medium heat.

  4. Pour eggs into pan. Allow eggs to cook through.

  5. Place vegetables on one side of eggs and flip.
