Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Omelet

1 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup raw mushrooms
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Omelet

  1. Saute chopped veggies in warm pan with olive oil spray

  2. Pour egg substitute in to warm skillet or griddle allow to cook for approximately 1 minute

  3. Pour chopped vegetables and cheese in center of egg

  4. Fold sides of egg over the veggies with large spatula turn the omelet at least twice to ensure it is done.

  5. Serve on plate with light wheat toast
