Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Nuggets

2 onion
3 potato
2 carrot
1 head cauliflower
1 cup french beans
1 cup green peas
1 tablespoon coriander
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Nuggets

  1. cut the vegetables in small pieces

  2. mix in salt and lemon juice

  3. shape into nugget size

  4. roll on breadcrumbs

  5. heat non-stick skillet to medium heat and fry
