1 sheet Nori, 10 Sheets
1/4 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
0.13 cup Tofu, Firm
0.13 cup, chopped Carrots

Recipe Directions for vegetable nori roll

lay the nori sheet rough side up, and spread cooked rice over the top 2/3rds of the sheet. place vegetables and tofu in the center and roll tightly with a bamboo mat.
