Recipe Ingredients for vegetable-noodle stir fry with tofu

1/2 cup, chopped Broccoli
28 grams Onions
1/4 block Tofu, Firm

Recipe Directions for vegetable-noodle stir fry with tofu

  1. Fry onions until light brown.

  2. Add chopped ginger, garlic and chillies and stir fry with about 2 tablespoons of stock.

  3. Add the broccoli with more stock about 3/4 cup), cover and let cook for 3-5 mins. Meanwhile, boil the noodles separately until cooked, and drain.

  4. Add noodles to the stirfry, along with oyster sauce, mirin, and light soya sauce.

  5. add in sugar snap peas, toss, and serve.

  6. Add tofu pieces and mix
