Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable mix from Olga's Healthy Choice

100 g broccoli
100 g carrot
100 g turnip
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch chili
1 pinch salt
1 pinch curry

Recipe Directions for Vegetable mix from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Clean and put in pieces the vegetables in cubes or large slices, etc.

  2. In a pan pure oil and add all ingredients. In medium heat, roast while stirring with spoon for about five minutes. Turn off the heat and remove from the oven and let it simmer for ten minutes as lid closed.

  3. PS: You may use frozen vegetables if you do not have fresh ones.
