400 ml water
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
3 tbsp sweetcorn
1/2 cup rice noodles
5 grams wood ear mushroom
2 grams miso paste
10 grams cucumber
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for vegetable miso - noodle broth

  1. put hot water on the mushrooms and noodles

  2. after 5 mins, add the rest of the ingredients then boil until everything is cooked through
