2 medium Carrots
75 grams Parsnips
1 oz Peppers
4 clove Garlic
1 cup Spinach
150 grams Tomato Puree
1 cup Apple Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
10 grams Pesto Sauce
3 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
