Vegetable Side Dish that is quick and easy

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Medley

1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup endive
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 red onion
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Original Spreadable Cheese Wedges
1 cup Tofu
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Salt & Parsley
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Medley

Steam vegetables in microwave, remove and drain. Add other ingredients and stir well. Warm in microwave for 1 minute if needed to melt cheese.
