Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Medley

8 oz mushrooms
8 oz broccoli
2 carrots
1 T olive oil
3 T apricots
1 T corn syrup
1/2 t italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Medley

  1. Clean, slice and cook mushrooms and carrots in boiling water.

  2. Steam broccoli separetly.

  3. Drain all.

  4. Sautee mushrooms and carrots in olive oil seasoned with italian seasonings.

  5. Add Duck Sauce and top with broccoli.
