Recipe Ingredients for vegetable, lentil & wild rice soup

1/2 cup wild rice
1 cup red lentils
1/2 cup green lentils
796 ml diced tomatoes
7 scallions
1/3 cup red pepper
1/2 cup green pepper
1 cup zucchini
1 cup carrots
1 cup potatoes
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp chili
1 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for vegetable, lentil & wild rice soup

chop everything, throw together in a slow cooker with 3 cups of water and cook on low heat for 8 hours
