Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable lentil soup

2 cup Yellow Squash
30 medium Mushrooms
3 stalk Broccoli
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
3 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
16 oz Tomato Sauce
20 Glass Water
2 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Vegetable lentil soup

  1. Chop all vegetables; put into stock pot

  2. Rinse lentils, add to pot

  3. Add tomato sauce and cover with water; season to taste

  4. Bring to boil; lower heat and let simmer until all flavors are blended
