Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable and Lentil Soup

3 small Onions
3 medium raw Leeks
3 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
3 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
200 grams Lentils
200 grams Lentils

Recipe Directions for Vegetable and Lentil Soup

  1. Boil all veg for 1 hour or until tender.

  2. Blend.

  3. Add cooked lentils.
