Modified version of Barilla no boil lasagne recipe. Veggi lasagne with marinara sauce not creamy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable lasagne

9 oz. uncooked lasagne
2 large eggs
15 oz. ricotta cheese
20 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz. grated parmesan cheese
45 oz. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup chopped cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Vegetable lasagne

Follow the directions on the box of no boil Barilla lasagne noodles but substitute several cups of mixed chopped sauteed vegetables for the 1 lb of meat. i like to season my tomato sauce with nice fresh chopped herbs and fresh minced garlic.
