Lasagna with peppers onions, zucchini, celery blended with ricotta cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable lasagna

6 pieces dry Lasagna
1 cup Marinara Sauce
1 small Onions
2 clove Garlic
4 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, diced Celery
1 tsp Vegetable Base
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.75 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
3 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Vegetable lasagna

  1. Cook pasta according to directions and set aside.

  2. Preheat oven to 375.

  3. Chop onion, celery, pepper, zucchini, garlic cloves. Add bouillon and red crushed pepper flakes and cook over med high heat for 6 minutes.

  4. Combine Ricotta cheese, mozzerella cheese, bread crumbs, eggs.

  5. Add vegetable mixture to ricotta cheese.

  6. Put together with lasagna noodles and bake for 40-45 minutes
