Vegetables lasagna in alfredo sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Lasagna

1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Flour
2 cups Whole Milk
1/4 cup Cream Cheese
1 oz Parmesan Cheese
1 Garlic Clove
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
8 oz No Boil Lasagna

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Lasagna

  1. Melt butter in a pan on medium low heat. Paste together garlic and salt on a chopping board, at to melted butter in pan. Let cook for 60 seconds until fragrant.

  2. Sprinkle in flour and whisk together with butter. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Whisk in milk and turn heat to medium high. Continue to whisk as it thickens.

  4. Once thick add both cheeses and add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Layer the sauce, thawed frozen veggies, and lasagna noodles. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 until done.
