Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Lasagna

6 3/4 oz noodles, lasagna, whole wheat
10 oz frozen spinach
10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
32 oz cottage cheese, lowfat
2 c. mozzarella cheese, part skim
3 carrots
32 oz spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Lasagna

  1. shred carrots and combine with thawed and drained frozen veggies, cottage cheese, 1.5 c mozarella and egg

  2. alternate layers of noodles, chees and sauce finishing with noodles, sauce and then rest of mozarella

  3. bake at 350 45 min
