Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable 'lasagna'

450 grams Aubergine
5 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
500 grams Spicy Pepper Arrabbiata
20 olives Large Pitted Olives
100 grams Green Lentils
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1.37 serving Creme Fraiche
1 large Onions
70 grams Extra Sharp Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Vegetable 'lasagna'

  1. Make mushrooms, onions, cheese adn creme fraiche into a sauce.

  2. Add lentils to pasta sauce.

  3. Slice veg very finely.

  4. Layer veg, and alternating layers of sauces until done.

  5. Top with a bit more cheese.

  6. Bake for an hour.
