Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Lasagna

8 oz mozzarella cheese
6 large mushrooms, sliced
2 cups spinach,boiled
2 oz milk, 1%
120 g pasta

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Lasagna

  1. Cook lasagne noodles, rinse and drain.

  2. Sautee mushrooms with 1/2 can condensed mushroom soup and 2 oz. milk. Steam spinach separately.

  3. Layer pasta and 1/2 of sliced sauteed mushrooms.Cover with 1/3 of mozzarella cheese.

  4. On 2nd layer of pasta spread spinach and cover with 1/3 mozzarella cheese.

  5. Top with remaining lasagna noodles, mushroom mixture and cheese.

  6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until top bubbles.
