Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Hummus Wrap

1 wrap, whole wheat
1 tsp Rice vinegar
1/2 cup Spinach, raw
1/4 cup Hummus
1 oz Chicken or turkey breast, no skin, roasted
1 oz swiss cheese, reduced fat
2 olives, green
1/2 carrot, shredded

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Hummus Wrap

  2. Spread one (8 to 10-inch diameter) whole grain or high fiber (at least 5 grams dietary fiber per serving) vegetable-based tortilla wrap with 1/4 cup hummus.

  3. Add 1 ounces turkey breast meat, 1/2 cup shredded cabbage and/or spinach leaves, 1/4 cup shredded or finely chopped carrots, and 2 sliced green olives.

  4. Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar and roll up tightly.
