Recipe Ingredients for vegetable hot pot with biscuit topping

4 serving Bel'Olio Extra Light Olive oil
4 tbsp Onions, Dehydrated Flakes
4 serving Garlic Cloves
4 serving Organic Red Potatoes
4 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Carrots
14 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
8 oz Mushrooms Sliced
6 oz Tomato Paste
14 oz Kidney Beans
16 fl oz Organic Vegetable Broth
4 cup Bisquick Original
1.5 cup Organic 1% Lowfat Milk

Recipe Directions for vegetable hot pot with biscuit topping

put all ingredients (except bisquick and milk) in oven safe pot. bake at 350 for 30 minutes. add biscuit topping and bake another 40 minutes. add cheddar cheese to topping if desired.
