A quick throw together soup with low sodium chicken broth

Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Hodge Podge Soup

3 carrots
3 celery stalks
5 red potatos
2 tsp minced garlic
48 ounces low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 medium onion
1 cup elbow macaroni
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Hodge Podge Soup

  1. Chop Carrots, celery potatos, Onions and add to pot filled with Chicken broth and 2 cups water.

  2. Add in thyme and Parsley.

  3. Once vegetables are almost done cooking add in Macaroni.

  4. Serve when Macaroni noodles and vegetables are cooked.
