Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Guisado w/ Corn

4 tbsp corn kernel
2 tbsp string beans
1 medium potatoes, diced
1 clove garlic, macerated
1 onion, chopped
20 grams chicken breast, ground
10 grams carrots, sliced
10 grams cabbage, sliced
10 grams chinese cabbage, sliced
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Guisado w/ Corn

  1. Saute onion, garlic in hot oil

  2. add ground chicken

  3. add vegetables

  4. simmer till half cook

  5. season with pepper and salt
