Recipe Ingredients for vegetable gratin

6 zucchini
6 tomatoes
6 cloves garlic
1 cup basil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 egg
1 cup half and half

Recipe Directions for vegetable gratin

  1. Oven - 350. Butter 12-inch baking dish.

  2. Arrange half zucchini in a layer. Top with half tomatoes. Sprinkle with half garlic and basil. Season with SP and drizzle with oil. Top with remaining zucchini and remaining tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining garlic and basil.

  3. Beat egg and cream and season with SP. Pour over veg.

  4. Bake 50-60 min.
