Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Frittata

1/4 cup Cheese
5 large Egg, Whole
0.33 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup chopped raw Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
0.5 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Spinach
1 small Onions
0.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Frittata

  1. saute vegetables in oil

  2. whisk eggs and milk in separate bowl

  3. add egg mixture to veggies

  4. cook on medium heat on stovetop until only top isnt done.

  5. transfer to over. broil on high until goldten
