Recipe Ingredients for Vegetable Frittata

1 medium raw Onion Red
0.5 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
5 large Egg, Whole
0.75 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 oz Cream Cheese Original

Recipe Directions for Vegetable Frittata

  1. Preheat oven at 350.

  2. Bake thinly sliced potatoes in pie dish for about 10-15 min.

  3. Chop up veggies, layer on top of potatoes.

  4. Add cheese.

  5. Add whisked egg with salt, pepper and basil on top.

  6. Bake for about a half hour or until eggs have set.
